Print catalogues win over digital
The most recent issue of the ACRS Omnibus Survey Results reports that print catalogues are still preferred by respondents despite a rise in digital marketing.
54% of Australians prefer print catalogues. Even though there has been a rise in digital catalogue apps for phones, the take up of these catalogue alternatives has not been swift. Whereas 40% of the Australians who preferred digital catalogues said it was because they do not receive catalogues in their letterbox. Print catalogues hold stronger trust, engagement and emotional triggers, whereas digital offers a responsive, quick and functional triggers.
