You may have noticed the new priority imprint and wondered, what is priority mail? This little box underneath the old postage paid Australia imprint is a new service offered by Australia Post, and it has benefits and limitations for business letter customers.
What is Priority mail?
Priority mail is part of the new delivery timetable introduced as of the 2nd June 2014. This timetable has two speeds, regular and priority, each with different pricing levels. It offers a faster service for business customers who need it, and a cheaper service for customers who don’t.

Delivery times vary for each business letter service and not all offer priority mail.
