THE SITUATION
WA Citrus is the industry body which represents all growers of citrus in WA. They are responsible for supporting the citrus growers with technical support as well as industry and business support. Helen Martin, the Executive Officer of WA Citrus was recommended to Quickmail by a colleague. Communication to growers is one of WA Citrus’ most important priorities. They were looking for an organisation that could assist them to streamline their communication projects with postal system. After a meeting with our team, Quickmail were able to offer Helen our design, printing and mailing services.
Helen let us know that WA Citrus needed support to move into the digital world of communication with emails and SMS. As WA Citrus is responsible to all the Fee for Service payers, they were also looking for a system to help us create a database of growers and FFS paid (other than excel). This is where we suggested Quickmail Link, our email and SMS portal.
THE SOLUTION
WA Citrus subscribed and purchased a Quickmail Link account. Their account allows them full access to email and SMS creation, as well as a reporting area which provides insights into the sends. The portal helps them to manage their database of FFS payers as well as their contacts’ details. They use Quickmail Link to distribute their quarterly newsletter, as well as fortnightly eNews updates. The system is easy to use. It takes very little time to put together an email to send out to growers.
Helen also uses the Quickmail design team to help format their newsletter into a printable format. Roishin, our graphic designer, promptly begins creating the print format newsletter and sends through a proof to Helen. Once the newsletter is approved, Quickmail are quick onto printing and posting the newsletters to the chosen database. Quickmail happily do this process for any communications WA Citrus require.
THE RESULTS
Quickmail provide Helen and WA Citrus with flexibility and support in their process of partnering digital with print.
