Our advanced technology allows us to scan and capture documents in an electronic format. We can then ensure it is presented to you in a variety of formats. Our scanners capture in black and white or colour and do it all at high speed. Our Data extraction capabilities and the system’s ability to output physical documents to searchable PDF’s makes it perfect for back scanning hard copy records and archived material to soft copy databases.

Digital Return Mail
Seeing the need for a streamlined return mail process, we have implemented a new advanced scanning system that allows easy and accurate data extraction from physical mail pieces. This means we can transform large volumes of returned mail into a simple data spreadsheet or a searchable PDF. This new system together with our existing infrastructure allows us to process returned mail in a fraction of the time. This makes it cost efficient and more accurate than traditional returned mail. All mail is opened by an automated mail opener, batch scanned and processed through the system. The system will then determine how many pages each document is and extract the data to a spreadsheet or PDF. All returned mail is then securely destroyed.

Data Extraction from forms and surveys
Our scanning system also processes data extraction from hard copy application forms, surveys and invoices. This supersedes the need for manual data entry and instead automates the data into a ready spreadsheet. This eliminates human error and achieves a higher level of accuracy and efficiency.
