THE SITUATION
Bickley Valley Retreat B&B is nicely tucked away in the Perth Hills Wine Region, offering a deluxe getaway accommodation just minutes from wineries, cafes, restaurants, orchards, natural forests and walking trails. Lesley was referred to Quickmail by friends as she needed fast turnaround on design and print services.She had an existing brochure which she wanted to make some changes to. Lesley also wanted some guidance on creating a gift voucher that would follow the same graphic layout and theme of the brochure.
THE SOLUTION
Lesley met with our graphic designer Roishin, and together they were able to analyse her current brochure, deciding which parts of information should remain as well as which images to keep. Lesley’s main goal was to decrease the size of the brochure whilst highlighting the important information. Roishin was able to take all of Lesley’s requests on board to recreate the brochure as a DL size, which was easier to read and looked more modern. The gift voucher followed the same design layout as the new brochure so that Bickley Valley Retreat B&B’s branding was consistent and stood out to customers.
THE RESULTS
Roishin and the Quickmail team were able to help Lesley achieve her goal of a cleaner, simpler and smaller brochure alongside a matching gift voucher. Once Lesley had approved the design of both her marketing materials, Quickmail were able to have the printing finished by the end of the day, allowing Lesley to give visitors her new brochures immediately!
Working with Quickmail means that should Lesley require more flyers, she can get them quickly and easily. Printing costs for Bickley Valley Retreat B&B have reduced due to the smaller brochure too!
