- People on YouTube are looking for creative, fun and informative videos

- Pin products, content and images which are liked onto a board
- Make your content and product descriptions more pinnable! Pins are forever so make sure they’re linking to the correct site

- People will leave reviews of your business, positive and negative reviews alike
- You can’t control what people write about it but you should encourage customers to leave reviews if you’ve provided a great experience! If you do receive negative comments, be sure to respond accordingly and amend the situation

- Users can take photos and upload them, using hashtags, as well as like and comment on images from other people and brands

- Its a quick way to send a picture or video
