Australia Post taking complaints seriously.


After many complaints, Australia Post have signed an agreement with the courier service Shippit to help counter the delivery complaints. This service says they can offer customers a cheaper and faster delivery.


This partnership will focus on parcel delivery from online retailers. Shippit promote themselves as being more flexible and allow delivery reschedules and reroutes on short notice.
